Our Manifesto
In this space we will engage in community care with an anti-oppressive lens by: expanding our capacity for discomfort as an essential part of accountability work; centering the voices and safety of those who are most marginalized in our community; and understanding and unpacking the conscious and unconscious biases we are socialized into. We understand these to be ongoing practices requiring the commitment of both individuals and community.
Rooted Growth is a fundamentally anti-capitalist space. The pricing for rentals all funnels directly back into the sustainability and functioning of the space.
